We provide specialist project work in formal administration whether the administration is terminal or non-terminal in nature.
An administration is terminal in nature if it is irrevocable and it uproots the legal status of the company being a going concern, e.g. liquidation administration. On the contrary, a non- terminal administration does not impair the company’s legal status as a going concern; the company is at liberty to resume operation (without the constraint of a formal administration) after the administration is discharged. Examples of such administration are judicial management, receivership and scheme of arrangement.
We provide liquidation administration (both voluntary and compulsory) and related advisory services. We are capable of supporting work in corporate rescue and restructuring.
We provide investigation and litigation support work and tailor our skill-sets to meet the clients’ requirements.
